Is there a minimum order?
No. Order a single pack or a full pallet — whatever your business needs.

Who can buy from SmoothShip?
Anyone. We primarily serve retailers, convenience stores, e-commerce sellers,
offices, and vending operators, but no business license is required to order.

How long does shipping take?
Usually 5–7 business days to both the US and Canada (up to 10 days to the US
during busy periods). See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Do you ship to the US?
Yes — cross-border shipping is our specialty. Orders ship from our warehouse
in Ontario, Canada with full documentation.

How do I get pallet or truckload pricing?
Reach out through our Contact page with the products and quantities you're
interested in, and we'll send you a custom quote. If you place a very large
order through the website, we'll also contact you directly to arrange pallet
shipping.

What if my order arrives damaged or expired?
Email us within 48 hours with photos and we'll replace it or refund you —
see our Returns & Refunds page.

Can I return food items?
Food and beverages are final sale for safety reasons, but you're always
covered if anything arrives damaged, expired, or incorrect.
