Shipping policy

SmoothShip Wholesale ships across Canada and the United States from our
warehouse in Ontario, Canada.

Delivery Times
- United States: typically 5–7 business days (up to 10 during busy periods)
- Canada: typically 3–5 business days

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation
email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order
and your delivery address. The larger your order, the lower your shipping cost
per item — buying in cases and multi-packs is the best way to save.

US Orders, Duties & Customs
We handle cross-border logistics every day. Orders ship from Canada with all
required documentation. Depending on order value, US customs may apply import duties, which are the buyer's responsibility.

Large Orders & Pallet Shipping
No minimum order — buy a single pack or a full case. For very large orders,
our team will reach out after checkout to arrange pallet or freight shipping
